Images from Iowa, Nebraska & Missouri

I was able to take a 4 day mini trip with my husband last week. He was covering for someone on vacation so I was able to visit a few states that I've never been to. We were in a semi, never really got out to stop and shoot (except for once, a cute old little gas station), so everything is through a window or while driving down the road...it was a bit bumpy.

Welcome to Iowa...

Clouds before the storm in Iowa...

If you know me well, you know that Im addicted to Moutain Dew, so I had to take a picture of this vintage sign.

An old gas pump...I can only imagine how much gas was per gallon back when these where in use. I doubt it was $4/gallon!!

Red Rock Dam

I loved this barn. I couldn't decide whether I liked it better in color, bw or sepia toned.

Thanks for looking!!
